I was happy with hotel's good location close to everything. My FAMILY room had modern conveniences, including central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel TV. The atmosphere created was family. Lovedthe well presented meals and satisfactory breakfast.

All in all everything was very good, had a real good stay on holidays. The breakfast was sensational with sparkling wine and many items running out at the end, for instance, exactly what we required. The staff was caring and helpful, we had an early check-in. The location in a nice quiet area was excellent. The airport was 10 km away.

Couple's retreat for a brief stay
The room was quite clean, with neat little touches like my clothes folded after a day out. I loved how attentive the staff were. They fixed my room issue without fuss.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was acceptable for the quality provided.

It's not perfect, but It's nice
Location is convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to metro and nearby restaurants. The clean, comfortable room offered privacy thanks to a double entrance door. Minor issues like limited luggage space and some noise from the hallway barely detracted from an enjoyable stay. I'd definitely consider returning when rates are more accessible.

I've been a user of your network for years, all right. I would just like to point out, although your hotel service in the chain has always been very good to me, that the hotel offers a suitable midday menu and that it was very full. On this occasion I ordered a menu, waiter's attention was exquisite and entrecote I ate was of excellent meat and cooking. truth is that whenever I can, I choose his chain when I travel.
I had the car in a public car park because it wouldn't fit in his car park, at 00.30 when I went to the reception to ask for change of 50 euros to pay for it, the receptionist, told me that he didn't have any change and left me hanging literally at midnight. I had to go to the Sheraton next door where I was perfectly attended. I think that in the hotels where clients go to work, they don't always carry cash "change" to pay for taxis, parking or simply to give a tip. You should take this into account.

I had a cozy room with a private door to the bathroom, which really helped with noise. The breakfast selection was impressive with various tasty options. The cleanliness of the place was great, especially in the common areas.

clean, silent and comfortable rooms, free wi-fi in the room, and good breakfast. Polite, efficient English-speaking receptionists
the only "negative" point was that the housekeeper removed the key to keep the a/c on during the day and never replaced the notices used for the brekfast in the room. the result was that I nearly always had to go down and ask for the them at the reception

The location, the impeccable ambience on the inside - so typical in its unpretentious elegance, of the ZENIT chain anyway - the tasteful way in which the building has been renovated on the outside, the amenities, the flawless cleanliness (especially in the bathroom)
